Millet Seedai

Ingredients :
Little Millet Flour – 1 CupRoasted bengal Gram Flour – 2 tspUrad Dal Flour – 2 tspBlack pepper (crushed) – 2 tspBlack sesame seed – 2 tspButter – 2 tspSalt – as requiredAsafoetida – 1/8 tspCold Pressed Ground Nut Oil – for frying


Recipe :
Roast millet flour in medium flame.Roast Urad dal flour in medium flame.Mix millet flour, urad dal flour, bengal gram flour, pepper, sesame seed, butter, Asafoetida, salt well. Add water little by little until you get a smooth dough.Take small quantity of dough and roll into tiny balls. Heat oil in a deep pan. Fry the balls in medium flame.After sometime, stir and cook in low flame until the bubble and sound ceases completely.The Seedai turns into golden colour, remove and drain the oil. Cool it and transfer to an airtight container.Healthy Crunchy Snack is ready….
