Millet Murukku – Crunchy Snack

Ingredients :
Kodo Millet Flour – 2 CupRoasted Green Gram & Bengal Gram Flour (2:1 ratio) – 1 CupButter – 2-3 tspSalt – 3/4 tspAsafoetida – 1/4 tspCold Pressed Ground Nut Oil – for frying
Recipe :
Add salt, asafoetida to 1 cup of sater.Take well sieved kodo millet flour and gram flour in a plate. Mix it well.Add butter and mix it to form a crumb.Pour small amount of prepared salt water and prepare soft dough. Add more water if necessary.Heat oil in a deep pan. Add small amount of dough to murukku press and press into the hot oil.Flip the murukku when it starts to turn brown. When the bubbles subsided in the hot oil, take the murukku from hot oil. Use colander to drain oil from the murukku.Cool it and transfer to an airtight container.Healthy Crunchy Snack is ready…
