Barnyard Millet Cutlet

Ingredients :

Boiled potatoes, Peas, Barnyard Millet, Coriander leaves, Chilli powder, Turmeric powder, Garam Masala and Salt.


Recipe :

Soak Barnyard Millet for 2 hours. Add 1.5 times of water to Barnyard Millet and cook it. If it is in pressure cooker then cook for 3 whistles. Boil the potatoes & peas separately.Mix smashed potatoes, cooked barnyard millet, cooked peas, chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt as per taste and coriander leaves.


Take a portion and make it shape like a cutlet.Take a pan and add few drops of cold pressed oil. Keep the burner in low flame.Place the cutlet mix on the pan and fry both the side. Delicious & Nutritious Cutlet Ready. Serve with sauce or chutney of your choice. …
