Take 1 cup of Sprouted Little Millet (Samai) Flakes. Dry roast the flakes for a minute and keep it aside. In a tawa add oil, mustard, jeera, chopped chilies, chopped onion, chopped tomato (optional) and saute it. Add turmeric, salt and grated coconut (optional) in ¼ cup of water and boil it. Add roasted flakes, roasted peanut(optional) and mix it well. Serve hot with mint coconut chutney. . . .
