Mix the flours in a bowlAdd warm water little by little and knead it for 3-4 mins to form a smooth doughCover the bowl and rest it for 15 mins
Heat the tawa / pan on a medium flameTake small piece of dough, make into a small ball and then roll it flatAdd little oil in the panPlace the rolled roti and cook until it develops brown spot for 30 secsFlip and cook on the other side for 30 secs
