We are often advised to eat seed- and vegetable oils. This includes soybean oil, Olive oil, corn oil and numerous others. just because it has “vegetable” in the name, doesn’t mean it’s good for your health. These are refined oils, which is not good for health. There are other health issues associated with them as well such as bad cholesterol and increase in risk for heart diseases.
